About this file

This is a Vendors Statement document pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statute 45A.343, submitted in connection with the City of Owensboro's procurement for bed frames for the Owensboro Fire Department. The procurement seeks five bed frames to be supplied according to specified requirements. The document serves as a formal declaration or attestation from vendors participating in the bidding process, establishing compliance with Kentucky statutory requirements for state and local contract opportunities.

The Vendors Statement document functions as a compliance verification tool requiring bidders to acknowledge and affirm their adherence to applicable Kentucky statutes and regulations governing the procurement process. This document is a standard component of formal bid submissions in Kentucky procurements and ensures that all participating vendors meet the necessary legal and regulatory prerequisites for contract award consideration. No specific pricing information, set-asides, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options are detailed within this particular statement document itself, as it serves primarily as a procedural compliance instrument rather than a substantive bid or contract specification document.
