About this file

This submission instructions document provides guidance for respondents to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) Blanket Purchase Order for O.E.M. replacement parts for International buses. Respondents must submit bids electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with the portal supporting Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with TDCJ recommending that vendors allow at least one business day for file uploads given potential delays based on file size and internet speed. The blanket purchase order agreement will be effective from the date of award through August 31, 2027. Respondents must submit any requests for additional information or clarifications regarding solicitation specifications through the electronic bid system by the dates specified in the solicitation, and must monitor the system regularly for any posted amendments or modifications to the solicitation.

All responses received by TDCJ at the due date and time are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline. Respondents who wish to withdraw a response may resubmit or submit a new response until the advertised due date and time. TDCJ recommends that respondents verify successful submission by accessing their account after receiving a "Submission Complete" notice from Euna Procurement to confirm that all correct documents have been provided. For technical assistance with the Bonfire portal, respondents may contact support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or access the Euna Procurements Vendor Knowledgebase. It is the sole responsibility of each respondent to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the posted due date and time.
