About this file
This document contains Questions and Answers related to four CDL Truck Driving Range Projects across four Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) campuses: Augusta Technical College (TCSG-407), North Georgia Technical College (TCSG-410), Chattahoochee Technical College (TCSG-411), and Northwestern Technical College (TCSG-418). The projects involve the expansion of CDL programs to additional campuses at TCSG-411 and TCSG-418. Specific details are provided regarding the design scope, which should include both civil and architectural disciplines, as well as the availability of building programs and existing CDL facility plans. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitations (SCL) are confirmed to be estimated construction costs only, with design fees being separate.
Regarding pricing and funding, the document states that design fees are separate from the estimated construction costs. TCSG will provide drawings for several CDL ranges constructed during FY2024 at the project kickoff meeting, along with DDS requirements and other design standards that may have been developed.
