Item

Part # Qty Description

1 QM-800 1 DeltaRAM-X based millisecond QuantaMaster cuvette spectrofluorometer for intracellular ion transients of cells in suspension. With "Green" (high efficiency low consumption) xenon source, switch between any wavelength from 280 to 650 nm within a millisecond. Ideal for live cell dynamics at high speed with ratiometric fluorescence indicators such as Fura-2, FRET and much more. Included with the DeltaRAM-X illuminator is a computer controlled shutter, a two meter liquid light guide (>30% transmission range 280 - 650 nm. Other LLGs available upon request) coupled to the sample compartment; wavelength selection on emission is by means of computer controlled, autocalibrated coma aberration corrected, QuadraScopicTM 300 mm monochromator with triple grating turret for emission wavelength selection (one grating included, others may be selected at time of order); comes complete with QuadraCentricTM sample compartment with thermostatable 10 mm cuvette holder and motorized stirrer, one quartz cuvette, lid activated emission shutter and filter holders (filters not included); new multi-mode PMT detector and PMT tube;

factory set emission correction; FeliX FL comprehensive fluorescence spectroscopy software package with ion ratioing and FRET calculators, ASOC 10 electronic interface, MD-4000 micro stepping controller. Includes work station, monitor and installation.

2 QM-EM2 -

SINGLE

1 Add a second emission channel to systems. Includes: a second computer controlled, autocalibrated QuadraScopicTM 300 mm monochromator with triple grating turret for emission wavelength selection (one grating included, others may be selected at time of order); additional optics for the second emission channel of the sample compartment as well as a lid activated shutter, requires detector (not included). Includes two manually controlled slits.
