About this file
This is an Addendum #1 to RFP 26-51-5211 issued by Forsyth County, Georgia's Procurement Department for the Chattahoochee Pointe Playground Design and Installation project. The addendum, dated April 2, 2026, supplements the original bidding documents for a playground facility designed for ages 5-12 to be located at Chattahoochee Pointe Park, 5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Drive, Suwanee, Georgia. The solicitation requires qualified firms to provide comprehensive playground services including design, equipment supply, surfacing installation, and subbase preparation, with the new design connecting to existing playground infrastructure. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this solicitation. Bidders are solely responsible for independently conducting site visits at their own time and expense to familiarize themselves with existing conditions and all factors affecting the work. Failure to conduct a site visit does not relieve bidders of their contractual obligations, and no additional compensation, time, or consideration will be granted for conditions that would have been reasonably observed during such a visit.
All questions and inquiries arising from site visits or the bidding process must be submitted through EUNA Procurement. The addendum clarifies that where specifications or drawings are supplemented, original requirements remain in effect unless specifically amended, voided, or superseded by the addendum provisions.
