About this file
This document is a Minimum Qualifications document for a Request for Bid (RFB) by the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) for Furniture, Floor Planning and Design Space Services, with the solicitation number 2401269/REQ-0000273. The document outlines five specific minimum qualifications that a consultant must meet to be considered for the project, which include being a Michigan-licensed business with at least ten years of experience, providing three project references from the past five years, demonstrating financial stability through a Dun & Bradstreet report, showing capability to provide necessary personnel, and warranting the ability to provide furniture and accessories that match GLWA's specified standards.
The minimum qualifications require detailed evidence of the consultant's capabilities, including a comprehensive list of design team members, installers, movers, and field supervisors. The consultant must prove their professional competence through documented experience, financial health, and alignment with GLWA's specific furniture and design requirements. While specific pricing details are not included in this document, the qualifications suggest a rigorous selection process focused on ensuring the chosen consultant can effectively deliver high-quality furniture and space design services that meet the organization's precise specifications.
