About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) using DD Form 1423-1 for the MK54 Igniter (NSN 1356-01-533-5206) contract with NUWC Keyport as the requiring office. The CDRL specifies six data items required from the contractor with detailed submission and distribution requirements.
Data Item A001 is a Test Procedure due within 60 days of contract award on a one-time basis, prepared per DID-NDTI-80603A, specifying process control instructions and inspection procedures to ensure product conformance to drawings, specifications, and contract requirements in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Q9000-2000 or equivalent. Data Item A002 is a Test/Inspection Report (Pre-Production & Production Test) submitted per lot per DI-NDTI-80809B, due no later than 15 days after first article test completion and 15 days after lot acceptance testing for subsequent lots, documenting all required inspection results and material certifications. Data Item A003 is a Failure Analysis/Corrective Action Report per DI-SESS-80255B, submitted within 10 days for interim reports and 30 days for final reports following lot failure notification. Data Item A004 is an Ammo Data Card (ADC) prepared per MIL-STD-1168 using the Worldwide Ammunition-Data Repository (WARP) system, submitted per lot with hardcopy printouts signed and dated by the government inspector. Data Item A005 is a Certificate of Compliance (COC) per DID-MISC-81356 showing conformance to all associated drawings, notices of revision, specifications, and contract requirements, with distribution statement "D" limited to DOD and U.S. DOD contractors only. Data Item A006 is an Ammunition Transaction Report (ATR) submitted as required within two working days of receipt, issue, disassemble/reassembly, or condition code change of Navy-owned ordnance material using the Ordnance Information System-Retail (OIS-R) software. All data items require distribution to NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer (N772), NAVSUP ALC Code A112, and NUWC-Keyport Code N323, with one copy of draft and final versions provided to each of the three primary addressees.
