About this file
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech for the procurement of a COVER, SLAD item.
The RFQ was issued on November 8, 2025, with a quote deadline of December 8, 2025. The item requested is ACN 1HZ 2090-LL-H92-9613, COVER, SLAD (NIIN: LLH929613, Part Number 97283-141), with a shelf life of 0-00 months. One unit is required and must be delivered within 30 calendar days to USS ROOSEVELT DDG 80 (ship-to code V21954) in accordance with MIL-STD 2073 packaging standards. Delivery is FOB Origin with destination acceptance specified. The procurement is classified as a non-small business solicitation and is not a small business set-aside. This is a bilateral buy/procurement requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution.
The material specifications for this item are classified as SECRET, and the procurement requires source approval from the cognizant engineering activity. Only CAGE Code OHM39 is currently approved as the sole source of supply; however, interested parties may contact Mr. Jeff Cotton or Mr. Mike Estrada at (805) 228-8032 for future qualification information. Critical requirements include serialization per contract number with sequential numeric codes, 100% electrical and workmanship testing by the contractor, an approved Production Test Procedure/Plan, compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems, IUID marking per DFARS 252.211-7003, and government source inspection at origin with acceptance at origin. Quoters must provide new procurement unit price, total price, procurement delivery lead time, award CAGE, inspection and acceptance CAGE if different, cost breakdown with profit rate, and a minimum 90-day quote expiration date. Electronic submission of quotes, representations, and certifications must be directed to Jordan.d.burt.civ@us.navy.mil. If the quoter is not the manufacturer, official authorization from the OEM confirming distributor status is required.
