About this file
This document is an Attachment D Notice Certification for Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS), outlining key procurement and proposal submission guidelines for a competitive solicitation. The document is associated with Request for Proposal Q2526-01, which appears to be related to an Executive Search Consultant Services procurement for selecting a new Superintendent of Schools and Learning, with the contract expected to commence July 1, 2026. The document provides comprehensive instructions for vendors regarding proposal submission, public records access, and proprietary information handling.
The attachment emphasizes transparency in the procurement process, detailing requirements for proposal submissions and vendor certifications. Vendors are required to submit proposals voluntarily, agreeing to furnish services in accordance with specified terms and conditions. The document highlights that bid/proposal prices cannot be held confidential, and all submitted data, documentation, and innovations become property of GBAPS. Vendors must comply with Wisconsin public records law and may need to complete a Designation of Confidential and Proprietary Information form if seeking to protect specific information considered a trade secret. The document also underscores that the proposal submission implies understanding and agreement with all specified terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the RFP.
