About this file

This is an anti-boycott certification statement required by Williamson County, Texas for contractors seeking to conduct business with the county. The document requires contractors to certify compliance with three Texas state statutes: Texas Government Code 2271.001 (Israel boycott prohibition), Texas Government Code 2274.002 (energy company boycott prohibition), and firearm entity non-discrimination requirements. The statement applies to the contract opportunity 26IFB33 North Barker Street, which involves reconstruction of an existing two-lane roadway, drainage improvements, and construction of an emergency-use roadway crossing in Williamson County.

Contractors must affirmatively select all three anti-boycott certifications or specify applicable exemptions based on business size or contract value. Exemptions are available for sole proprietors, companies with fewer than 10 full-time employees, or contracts valued below $100,000. The document requires the contractor's authorized representative to sign and provide company name, printed name, and title. Texas policy prohibits county procurement with entities that boycott Israel or energy companies or that discriminate against firearm entities and trade associations.
