About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule Memo from the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Coleman in Florida. It outlines the delivery schedules for vendors who have been awarded a contract to provide food services to the facility.

The memo specifies four different delivery schedules that vendors must adhere to, with varying quantities and timelines for the deliveries. Schedule #1 requires a single shipment between January 2-16, 2025. Schedule #2 requires two equal shipments, the first between January 2-16, 2025 and the second between February 1-15, 2025. Schedule #3 requires three equal shipments, the first between January 2-16, 2025, the second between February 1-15, 2025, and the third between March 1-15, 2025. Schedule #4 requires 13 smaller shipments on Mondays and Tuesdays from January 2 to March 26, 2025.

The memo also provides detailed instructions on delivery requirements, such as temperature controls, palletization, and invoice submission. It warns that failure to adhere to the delivery schedules or specifications will be noted as a performance issue that could impact future contract awards.
