About this file
This document is a delivery schedule memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Coleman for food service vendors. The memo outlines four distinct delivery schedules for the first quarter of 2026 (January 1 - March 31, 2026), ranging from single shipments to weekly deliveries of produce, bread, milk, and eggs. Vendors must strictly adhere to specified delivery windows, with deliveries accepted between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
The memo includes detailed requirements for product delivery, including temperature specifications (34-40 degrees F for non-frozen perishables, 0 degrees F or below for frozen items), palletization, and packaging standards. Vendors are warned that failure to meet delivery schedules or product specifications will be noted as a performance issue, potentially impacting future contract awards. The document provides contact information for the Food Service Warehouse and specifies that invoices must be mailed or emailed, not faxed, and that vendors should only contact accounting with valid payment complaints.
