About this file

This document is a delivery schedule memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Coleman for food service vendors. The memo outlines four distinct delivery schedules for the first quarter of 2026 (January 1 - March 31), ranging from single shipments to weekly deliveries, with specific requirements for each schedule. Vendors must deliver products to the Food Service Warehouse between specified date ranges, with deliveries on a first-come, first-served basis.

Critical requirements include palletized and wrapped deliveries, strict temperature controls (34-40 degrees F for non-frozen perishables, 0 degrees F or below for frozen items), and adherence to delivery windows between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The memo warns that non-compliance will be noted as a performance issue, potentially affecting future contract awards. Specific federal holidays are noted (New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day), during which no deliveries will be accepted. Vendors must submit invoices by mail or email, and product specifications will be rigorously checked, with a 3-day conditional receipt period and potential rejection of non-compliant items.
