Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to provide pre-clinical research support for a funded VA Merit Award. The requirement includes method optimization, performing experiments, data collection and analysis, manuscript preparation, scientific dissemination, behavioral and neural signature assessments, and evaluation of targeted brain stimulation outcomes. Dartmouth serves as the academic affiliate for the White River Junction VA Healthcare System and has an established collaborative research relationship with the VA for this project. Since the intent is to procure this requirement on a sole source basis, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers and no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov.
