This is a Fee for Service contract with a single vendor procurement method. The contract will be executed as a single vendor award with an initial duration from the approval date through June 30, 2031, with no renewal options. The maximum obligation amount for the initial contract duration has not yet been determined and will be established prior to award. Funding sources include both state and capital appropriation funds. This Due Diligence Posting is being conducted to determine if other qualified vendors exist who can provide the same proprietary product or service, ensuring the procurement process remains open, fair, and competitive.
