About this file

This document is a Limited-Sources Justification for the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) procurement of the Everlaw eDiscovery Tool through the Federal Supply Schedule Program. The justification cites that Everlaw is a unique and highly specialized eDiscovery tool, authorized for FedRAMP Moderate, that is currently utilized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) with which the FCC collaborates closely. The proposed contract includes a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, with a total estimated value of $630,000. The justification states that market research was conducted comparing Everlaw to other products available through NASA SEWP and GSA Schedules, and Everlaw provided the best value to the government. The FCC will continue to conduct market research and explore opportunities to remove barriers to competition for future acquisitions of eDiscovery tools.
