PROGRAM EMPHASIS
This RFP is designed to contract with a qualified provider or provider(s) to deliver an In-Home Intervention Program for Children to St. Mary’s County, Charles County and Calvert County with the Local LBHA Units.
PROGRAM BACKGROUND

The five counties identified the need for in-home intervention services for children and adolescents at risk for admission to institutional care (hospitals and/or Residential Treatment Centers) covered by Medical Assistance and determined to be “high users” of the Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS).
