About this file
This is a Security Agreement for the protection of naval nuclear propulsion information required for solicitation SPMYM326Q8037 issued by Portsmouth Naval Shipyard under the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime. The agreement establishes mandatory security protocols for contractors bidding on a Shoulder Screw requirement (0001 Shoulder Screw, 250 EA) and mandates that all personnel with access to sensitive specifications acknowledge they will use the documents solely for preparing quotations or processing orders, will not transmit the information outside the company or to foreign nationals, will maintain physical security of the documents under surveillance, will not make copies without Contracting Officer permission, and will return all specifications in their entirety upon contract completion. The solicitation is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria and FSC Code 5305 (NAICS 332722, Small Business Standard 600).
Contractors requesting technical drawings must submit both a signed Security Agreement and an approved DD Form 2345, with the latter serving as verification that only the authorized Point of Contact listed on the form will receive access to sensitive documents. The agreement requires signatories to provide name, title, company information, street address, city/state/zip code, and email address of the DD Form 2345 data custodian. All submissions must include both the executed Security Agreement and the signed and approved DD Form 2345 before drawings can be released.
