About this file
This is an Exhibit B Price Schedule for Contract 26PSX0095 issued by the State of Connecticut for preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services of cranes and hoists at state facilities. The contract covers preventative maintenance inspections and repair services for various lifting equipment types, including jib cranes, monorails, single-girder bridge cranes, double-girder bridge cranes, fixed chain units, and fixed electric units. The pricing schedule requires contractors to submit unit prices for nine categories of preventative maintenance inspections based on equipment type and weight capacity, repair labor at four different skill levels, parts pricing, and seven specialized testing and repair labor categories including mechanical, electrical, structural, and welding services.
Pricing under this contract remains fixed for twenty-four months from the effective date, after which contractors may request adjustments within thirty days of each anniversary date, subject to the State's approval and documentation requirements. Price adjustments are capped at the lesser of three percent annually or the percentage increase in the Producer Price Index by Commodity for Repair and Maintenance, with corresponding decreases required if the index declines. The contractor must provide pricing for prompt payment discounts and the number of business days within which such discounts apply. The contract allows for price adjustment requests supported by the selected index formula, with the Department of Administrative Services retaining sole discretion to approve or reject any requested adjustments.
