A schedule of prevailing wage rates is included in these Specifications.
Inasmuch as the CONTRACTOR will be held responsible for paying the higher rates of either Federal Wage Rates or State Wage Rates, this schedule of wages, it is imperative that all contractors and subcontractors familiarize themselves with the current wage rates before submitting bids based on these Specifications.

Prior to acceptance of the project, the Contracting Agency must receive from the Contractor and each subcontractor a copy of “Affidavit of Wages Paid” and, in addition, from the prime contractor a copy of “Release for the Protection of Property Owners and General Contractor,” all approved by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
