About this file
Summary of 26-37 Respondent Submittals
This file contains respondent submittal requirements for a procurement issued by the Bay County Board of County Commissioners, Florida, for the supply of liquid sodium hypochlorite to support water and wastewater treatment operations. The Bay County Utility Services Department seeks qualified vendors to provide sodium hypochlorite products to its Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Submissions are due by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, with electronic or sealed paper submissions to be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. Any submissions received after the specified time will not be considered. The document outlines the specific requirements and documentation that respondents must submit as part of their proposals.
The submittal requirements establish the procedural and documentation standards that prospective vendors must follow to participate in this procurement. The file serves as the operational guide for how bidders should format, organize, and deliver their responses to the County's request for sodium hypochlorite supply. While specific pricing terms, quantities, product specifications, and contract duration details would be contained in the primary procurement documents (26-37_Liquid_Sodium_Hypochlorite.pdf), this respondent submittals document focuses on ensuring compliance with submission procedures and the completeness of vendor proposals.
