Packaging Requirements Summary

This is a Packaging Requirements document (AFMC Form 158) for purchase instrument FD20302601144-00, Version 2, establishing military packaging and marking standards for three specific items (2915012240774NZ, 2915DTH26013ANZ, 2915DTH26013BNZ). The document mandates compliance with MIL-STD-129 Revision R for military marking and MIL-STD-2073-1 Revision E for military packaging practices. Packaging specifications for the items include preservation level MIL, packaging level B, with unit pack dimensions of 10.5 x 10.5 x 12.5 inches, weighing 7.70 pounds per unit, and a cube of 0.797. Shipping containers must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129 and may require additional bar coding, unit serial numbers, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names, and model numbers as specified on the AFMC Form 158. The packaging requirements were established by Richard R. Davis, Packaging Specialist with the 406 SCMS/GULAA organization, on March 23, 2026, and can be contacted at 405-371-9037 or 582-5972 for clarification.
