STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Supply Purchase – DoDEA Pacific West – Korea Evacuation Chairs
1.0 SCOPE: The contractor shall furnish and deliver evacuation chairs in accordance with the specifications set forth in this SOW.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS
The evacuation chairs shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:
• Weight capacity: 400 lbs.
• Lifetime warranty
• Dual position seat with at least three quick release safety belt/harness points (head, chest, thighs), and adjustable patient head restraint
• Friction tracks for safe descent
• Ergonomic adjustable handle
• Heavy-duty wheels for operation over uneven terrain
• Lockable rear wheels
• Wall mountable with wall mounting brackets and dust cover included
• One-person operation capability
• Maximum chair weight: 21 lbs.
3.0 DELIVERY
All evacuation chairs shall be delivered no later than 01 December 2025. The exact delivery location and point of contact will be provided at the time of award.
