About this file
This document is a synopsis from the Department of the Air Force District of Washington announcing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Air Force Property & Reutilized Furniture Services. The requirement is a total set-aside for HubZone concerns, with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) BPA to provide office furniture and demountable wall system services, including installation, removal, assembly, disassembly, transportation, disposal, office space design, and storage facility management for Headquarters Air and Space Force locations in the National Capitol Region.
The proposed BPA will have a five-year term with an annual price list reevaluation, structured through five consecutive 12-month Call Orders from 15 July 2025 through 14 July 2030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238390, with a Small Business Administration size standard of $19.0M and Product Service Code N072. Interested parties are invited to submit their capability to meet the requirements in writing, with questions to be directed to SSgt Christian Mancha via email. The synopsis emphasizes that this is not a request for quote, proposal, or bid, and the Government will not be responsible for any preparation costs.
