The licensee is permitted to hunt deer, dove, and quail only, with turkey hunting strictly prohibited. The agreement includes an option to renew for an additional 3-year term at the same yearly rate, contingent on mutual agreement. The licensee is responsible for maintaining hunting fields and must carry hunting liability insurance, with Auburn University and its affiliated entities named as additional insureds. The license prohibits the licensee from subletting or transferring the rights without prior written consent and requires the licensee to take care of the property, ensuring it is returned in at least as good condition as when received, with normal wear and tear excepted.
