The ITN covers concession services within a new ADA-compliant facility as part of a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project, which includes a new food service building, large accessible pavilion, viewing area, fishing pier, and site amenities. The County intends to enter into a Concessionaire Agreement during construction, with the project expected to take approximately 13 months starting in July 2025. Beverages may include beer, wine, wine-based beverages, and liquor, and there is potential for a satellite concession operation at the adjacent Snook Haven Campground.

The Concessionaire will be required to provide a performance bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or cash deposit of $100,000 at the commencement of the agreement. The County seeks a Concessionaire who will operate in a manner that supports the department's mission of providing clean, safe, and inclusive parks, with an emphasis on sustainability. This includes using eco-friendly utensils, reducing single-use plastics, and adopting sustainable operational practices. The successful respondent must comply with all required licenses and certifications, including catering, business, food handler, and alcoholic beverage permits.
