I. Purpose
Roseburg Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified mental and behavioral health providers to deliver school-based support, including therapeutic services, to students in grades Preschool–12. The selected provider will supply eight (8) licensed mental health professionals to be embedded across the district’s school sites. These professionals will support students with Tier II and Tier III mental and behavioral health needs in collaboration with school teams.
This partnership is expected to be cost-neutral to the school district, with the selected provider responsible for billing services through Medicaid and other eligible insurance sources under Oregon’s School-Based Health Services (SBHS) program.
II. Background
