About this file

This document is an Attachment D to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-64121509 for Miscellaneous Property Insurance, issued by the state of Florida. The document modifies the standard Form PUR 1000 General Contract Conditions by removing multiple sections related to transportation, delivery, packaging, installation, risk of loss, and other standard contractual terms. The contract establishes definitions for "Customer" and "State Term Contract," specifically focusing on agencies and eligible users within the Florida Administrative Code.

The contract defines customers as agencies or eligible users included on the insurance policy, with a key stipulation that customers other than the Department cannot modify the contract or policy terms. The initial contract term will begin on the date specified in the contract, with the potential for renewal upon written agreement between the Department and the Contractor, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.057(13). The document is part of a competitive procurement process for a state term insurance contract that will be used by various state agencies and eligible users.
