About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for Inficon FabTime software support and upgrade renewal for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) foundry. The software enables DMEA to analyze foundry cycle time, tool utilization, and manufacturing performance by interfacing with their Eyelit Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

The contract represents the 15th year of FabTime software subscription, following Inficon's acquisition of FabTime in 2024. Key requirements include unlimited user access via corporate intranet, software support and updates, and telephone/electronic support services. Support services must be available 8am-6pm Pacific Time on normal working days, with up to 10 hours per month of support (maximum 60 hours annually). The work will be performed at DMEA's McClellan, CA location, with the period of performance starting January 10, 2025.
