About this file
This is Addendum No. 2 issued by the City of Albany, Georgia's Finance Department for Bid Reference #25-037 regarding the Tift Park Tennis Court Resurfacing project. The bid opening is scheduled for January 31, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The addendum clarifies several technical specifications through a Q&A format, including confirmation that the existing fiberglass coating should not be removed, additional fences should be added to separate pickleball and tennis courts (with reference to a provided sketch), and the fence height requirement is confirmed at 10 feet rather than the previously specified 9 feet.
The addendum also addresses questions about site conditions, confirming that pictures of the area have been added to a provided link for bidders' reference. Additionally, it specifies that despite several compromised areas in the existing base, the City does not want to remediate any additional surfaces beyond what is contained in the original scope of work. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form when submitting their bids.
