Addendum No. 2
September 27, 2024
The purpose of this Addendum is to provide responses to questions.
Question #1:
Item A The description lists "monthly services," but the estimated number of services is 26. Should we calculate this service as a biweekly based on the scope of work outlined in Exhibit A, Section A, 1?
Answer #1:
This is a two (2) year, two (2) month contract. This is not our usual three (3) year contract. We are getting our contract term end dates to all coincide, ending at the end of the fiscal year, June 30th. When this contract ends the next contract will be a three (3) year contract.
Question #2:
Item B The description lists "quarterly services," but the estimated number of services is 8. Should we interpret this service as biquarterly (every two months) based on the scope of work in Exhibit A, Section A, 2?
Answer #2:
This is a two (2) year, two (2) month contract. This is not our usual three (3) year contract. We are getting our contract term end dates to all coincide, ending at the end of the fiscal year, June 30th. When this contract ends, the next contract will be a three (3) year contract.
Question #3:
Item C The description for "annual services" states an estimated number of 2 services. Should this be interpreted as biannual (twice per year) based on the scope outlined in Exhibit A, Section A, 3?
Answer #3:
