DESCRIPTION:
Base Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Statement of Work (SOW)
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD) is seeking contractor assistance in a variety of disciplines related to tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) and Combat Systems (CS) Research and Development (R&D). The areas of interest include: systems engineering, combat systems analysis, Electronic Attack (EA) and Electronic Support (ES) systems performance, EW tactics development, test and evaluation (T&E), data collection, and computer modeling and simulation.
Tasking will include:
1. Systems Engineering
2. Hardware Development
3. Fleet/Live Fire Events
4. Computer Modeling and Simulations
5. Infrastructure
6. Data Collection
7. Technical Support

CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT
NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email:
Contact Information
a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information
b) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories
c) Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code
Technical Information
a) List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft Base IDIQ SOW
b) Prior experience of similar scope/complexity of tasking in the attached draft Base IDIQ SOW
d) Status of your firm’s current facility clearance
e) Any questions/suggestions related to the attached draft Base IDIQ SOW
