Past Performance Volume Instructions

Failure to submit a Past Performance Proposal (Attachment 3) will result in noncompliance. In the event the Offeror does not have any past performance record, the Offeror shall still submit a Past Performance proposal with a statement that past performance is unavailable.

The Offeror shall submit at a minimum of one (1) recent past performance for the prime and one (1) for the subcontractors/teaming contractor (performing as the Prime on that effort) to determine the recency, relevancy, and quality of the Offeror’s performance. The following factors will be considered for each past performance reference to determine whether each reference is similar in complexity.
