1.4 WORK UNDER OTHER CONTRACTS

A. Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.

1.5 USE OF PREMISES

A. Contractor shall have limited use of premises for construction operations as indicated on Drawings by the Contract limits.

B. Schedule operations so that Work is conducted during the hours of 7 am – 10 pm Monday

– Friday. The roads to Mt. Prindle Campground and Ophir Campground shall be available for weekend and Federal holiday use for the duration of the project. With the approval of the Government, either the road to Mt. Prindle Campground or the road to Ophir Campground may be closed to the public in its entirety between Monday at 7 am and Friday at 5 pm. Both roads may not be closed at the same time. BLM has commitments to recreation guides and the public to allow access to the area during the project within the constraints identified above. The contractor may offer alternate schedules of opera‐ tions for review by the Government provided that they meet these minimum require‐ ments. The Government is under no obligation to accept alternate work schedules.

C. The Government reserves the right to require a two‐week period where the Contractor must keep the entirety of Nome Creek Road drivable with at least one lane to support access by recreational hunters. By July 01 of any year that the Contractor will be doing work on Nome Creek Road, the Contractor shall request from the Government the appli‐ cable dates for the two‐week period and subsequently update or submit a date specific traffic control plan for the identified hunting access period.

Conduct work in a manner that will minimize needs for disruption of normal Government operations. Provide a minimum of 72 hours ad‐ vance notice to Government of activities that will impact normal Government op‐ erations. Secure Government's written approval of activities that will impact nor‐ mal Government operations to avoid delays in overall construction and permit proper installation or work.

b. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on‐site.

1.6 GOVERNMENT OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS

A. Full Government Occupancy: Government will occupy site and need access to their ad‐ ministrative buildings and the campgrounds during entire construction period. Cooperate with Government during construction operations to minimize conflicts and facilitate Gov‐ ernment usage. Perform the Work so as not to interfere with Government day‐to‐day operations. Maintain existing exits, unless otherwise indicated.
