COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
MCAS Cherry Point Air Show
M67854-24-Q-5201
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Facilites and Emergency Management has a requirement for a Utility Terrain Vehicle.
2. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is M67854-24-Q- 0517. This solicitation includes the following attachments:
Attachment 1: Instruction to Offerors Attachment 2: Evaluation Procedures
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06.
4. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999— All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), wheeled or tracked, manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,000 employees. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
5. The contract resulting from the RFQ will be firm-fixed-price. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) will be inclusive of all associated pricing.

6. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAR 2023), applies to this acquisition. Addenda are attached:

7. All items shall be delivered no later than 30 days after date of contract award to the destination:

9. Quoters must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 , Offeror Representations and Certifications— Commercial Products and Commercial Services—Alternate I (OCT 2014), with their quotation.
