Q & A’s

Do we have site addresses for each clinic? (Clinton, El Reno, and Watonga) 10321 N 2274 RD (Clinton), 1801 Parkview Dr (El Reno), 1305 S Clarence Nash Blvd (Watonga) Open spec on cabling materials? Cat6 Plenum Who is reviewing the post install survey? IT Supervisor Roles and responsibilities. Can you confirm what portions of the scope you are providing? For example, the configuration of the controller and WAPs? Provide, install, and configure/integrate all equipment.

Will a hepacart be required? I don’t think a hepacart will be required.

Will the premises be empty during the installation? Do you have full access of the premises to perform the work or do we have to accommodate with the clinic activity? Work can be done during business hours but if there will be impacts to patient care then work will need to be done after hours.
