About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Low-Code/No-Code platform support services. The IRS is seeking information on the capabilities of firms to provide technical, management, and quality control services to plan, design, configure, implement, deliver, operate, and enhance Low-Code/No-Code workflows using a business-led delivery methodology.

The RFI consists of two parts: Part I requests company profile information, and Part II asks specific technical capability questions. Responses are due by 5:00 pm ET on August 30, 2024. The IRS is interested in understanding the respondents' experience with various Low-Code/No-Code platforms, their ability to meet the draft requirements, their approach to program/project management, and any other insights that could benefit the IRS in planning this potential procurement. The RFI is part of the market research for the TREAS - IRS ECMO Case Management Modernization Support BPA, which will be a multiple-award BPA for these services.
