The contract has a 90-day time allotment for substantial completion. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on August 16, 2024, after which they will be publicly opened and read. A Utility Contractors License is not required for bidding. The project is proposed to be funded with a State Revolving Fund loan, and all SRF requirements apply.
