Any delay in furnishing these lands by the Owner will be deemed proper cause for adjustment in the Contract Amount and in the time of completion.

B. Base Lines and Bench Marks: Unless otherwise specified, the Owner will establish base lines necessary for the location of the principal component parts of the Work together with a suitable number of bench marks adjacent to the Work.

C. Owner's Right to Correct Deficiencies: Upon failure to perform the Work in accordance with the

Contract Documents, including any requirements with respect to the Schedule of Completion, and after five days' written notice to the Contractor, the Owner, may, without prejudice to any other remedy he may have, correct such deficiencies in work intended to become a permanent part of the project.

All Work shall be done under the direct supervision of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques and procedures, and for providing a safe place for the performance of the Work by the Contractor, Subcontractors, suppliers and their employees and for access, use, Work or occupancy by all authorized persons.

A. Lands by Contractor: Any land and access thereto not specifically shown to be furnished by the Owner that may be required for temporary construction facilities or for storage of materials shall be provided by the Contractor with no liability to the Owner. The Contractor shall confine his apparatus and storage to such additional areas as he may provide at his expense.

1. The Contract Documents shall not be construed as creating any contractual relation between any Subcontractor and the Owner. The Contractor shall bind every Subcontractor by the terms of the Contract Documents.

1. For convenience of reference and to facilitate the letting of Contracts and Subcontracts, the

It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to inspect all Work by other contractors affecting his Work and to report to the Owner any irregularities which will not permit him to complete his Work in a satisfactory manner. His failure to notify the Owner of such irregularities shall indicate the Work of other contractors has been satisfactorily completed to receive his Work.
