This transformer shall be used as a substation step-down transformer that may also be paralleled on the low voltage side for load transfer operations. The transformer will be connected to an overhead distribution feeder bay located adjacent to the oil containment system for the transformer. Low voltage connections will utilize open wire jumpers to connect to the switching devices and phase connections. As such, the layout of the transformer will need to be designed to facilitate these connections.
