About this file

The document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Commerce for ESRI Geographic Information System Software Licenses. The Office of Broadband requires a mapping license and tools to track new broadband infrastructure projects funded through federal grant programs. A base map will be updated as projects are approved and completed to ensure there are no duplicate areas of coverage while verifying new areas are not already served. The contract term is for 1 year from May 2024 to April 2025.

The estimated dollar amount for the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) and associated training credits and mapping tools is $345,961.00. ESRI's proprietary software provides the necessary tools and capabilities for the Florida Broadband Office to effectively operate and manage the broadband mapping and deployment efforts. The single source justification is that ESRI's products and services are proprietary in nature and exclusively owned, operated, and licensed by ESRI, Inc.
