SYNOPSIS
The 1st Special operations Contracting Squadron (1 SOCONS), Hurlburt Field, FL is requesting information from industry to assist in the acquisition strategy for the 24 Special Operations Center for Medical Integration and Development (SOCMID), in Birmingham, AL. This is a sources sought notice; there is not solicitation available at this time. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is included to provide respondents a better understanding of the needs and the respondent’s potential ability to meet the Government’s requirements. Please keep in mind that the attached draft SOW does not define the final requirement.
NOTES OF IMPORTANCE:
A solicitation does not exist for this requirement. This is only a sources sought synopsis. The Government does not intent to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought.
1. If the Government decides to pursue a solicitation, portions of your responses to this sources sought may be incorporated into the final solicitation.
2. Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to this sources sought. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
3. Oral submissions of information will not be considered in response to this sources sought.
DETAILS:
All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract.
All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit up to a maximum 10-page capabilities document. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.
The North American Industry Classification Industry (NAICS) code for this project is 516210 Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and other Media Networks and Contents Providers and PSC of DG01 with a size standard of $47M.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
