RE: Cancellation of Invitation for Bid #24-42013-000, Generator Stack Extension Services
Dear Bidders, This letter serves as notification of the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Napa decision to cancel the Invitation for Bid for the above referenced solicitation.
The DSH has determined that it would be in the departments’ best interest to cancel the solicitation and re-solicit for this service. This decision is made in accordance with Section D. Item 6.ii, Modification and Rejections of the IFB in which DSH reserves the right to reject all bids and DSH is not required to award an agreement.
We plan to rebid this solicitation in the future.
