The RFP seeks to establish a five-year agreement with contractors to deliver "Thinking Matters!" group sessions, with sessions available 50 weeks per year and limited to 12 individuals per group. For jail-based services, the projected enrollment is 100 participants annually, with up to two 2-hour sessions per week, while community-based services have a projected enrollment of 200 participants annually with up to six 2-hour sessions per week. The proposal deadline is October 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM, with a Zoom meeting link provided for potential bidders, and the contract term is five years.
The RFP includes detailed pricing summaries for both jail and community-based services, requiring respondents to provide a cost per group that includes an initial intake evaluation.
