About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a project to diagnose, inspect, and provide recommendations for the repair of the geothermal HVAC system at the Arrowwood National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in North Dakota. The selected company must have expertise in geothermal systems and HVAC diagnostics and will be responsible for reviewing existing documentation, conducting on-site inspections, performing diagnostic testing, and preparing a comprehensive report with repair recommendations and cost estimates. The key objectives are to thoroughly evaluate the system, identify any issues, and provide detailed guidance for restoring the system to optimal performance. This SOW is associated with a federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number: 140FC124R0047) that is a 100% small business set-aside, with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award determination. Proposal submission requirements are outlined, and a site visit is highly recommended. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000, and this will be a firm-fixed-price contract with no bid guarantee or performance/payment bonds required.
