DoDEA Procurement Field Support Division Attachment 2 – Factor 1: Technical Specifications Instructions. Offeror shall enter the company name in the space provided. Check the appropriate response for each specification listed under each objective. Objectives and the Government’s specifications are presented in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Offeror shall also fill in the Fleet Availability Table on page 2 and separately provide product literature and photo(s) corresponding with the information in that table. The Offeror shall, additionally, provide a Delivery Schedule on page 3. Incomplete and/or missing required document(s) will render the offer ineligible for award consideration.

The Offeror shall explain their plan to acquire the vehicles listed in the above table, if the Offeror does not currently have the required vehicles. Offeror may also use this block to provide any additional information deemed necessary for the Government’s consideration.
Delivery Schedule. The Offeror shall state the earliest date the vehicles may be delivered after contract award, if the stated schedule in the solicitation cannot be met. This element will not be rated and is intended for informational purposes only.
