Statement of Work

23d Maintenance Squadron

Elkay Water Bottle Filler Station Installation

1.0 Scope

The 23d Maintenance Squadron (MXS) has requirement for installation of Elkay water bottle filler stations in six (6) facilities. Two (2) facilities will replace an existing single

Elkay Water Bottle Filler Station water fountain with a single Elkay Water Bottle Filler

Station and one (1) facility replacement of an Elkay Water Bottle Filler Station high-low water fountain with Elkay Water Bottle Filler Station high-low bottle filler station. Three

(3) facilities require installation of a single bottle filler station. Vendor will remove existing fountains and install the Elkay systems. Model numbers LXS8WSVRSK quantity five and model LXRCGRNTL8WSK quantity one.

Vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials for proper utility connection and wall mounting hardware. Vendor will prepare existing block, drywall, or wooden walls to properly secure bottle filler station. Vendor will perform function check of each bottle filler station. Vendor will be responsible for daily clean up, proper disposal of refuse and materials. 23 MXS is supplying the Elkay water bottle filling stations. 23 MXS will retain the three (3) removed water fountains from facilities 646, 701 and 730.

2.0 Requirements:

2.1 552 Installation. Securely mount new bottle filling station to wall. Connect water supply, drain line and electrical to existing utilities. Perform function check to ensure proper flow. Check for leaks at all connections and correct same if leaks are detected.

2.2 646 Replacement. Remove water fountain without damage. Securely mount new bottle filling station to wall. Connect water supply, drain line and electrical to existing utilities. Perform function check to ensure proper flow. Check for leaks at all connections and correct same if leaks are detected.

2.3 701 Replacement. Remove water fountain without damage. Securely mount new existing utilities. Check for leaks at all connections and correct same if leaks are

2.5 711 Installation. Securely mount new bottle filling station to wall. Connect water

2.6 730 Replacement. Remove water fountain without damage. Securely mount new existing utilities. Perform function check to ensure proper flow. Check for leaks at all connections and correct same if leaks are detected.

3.0 Installation:

3.1 Conducted Monday – Friday, during the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. If work is required outside these hours, vendor will coordinate with the facility manager prior.
