About this file

This is a Pre-Proposal Meeting Notice for Utility Hydrogeologic Engineering Services issued by the State of Florida. The meeting was held on May 3, 2023, to discuss a utility hydrogeologic engineering services contract. The pre-proposal meeting provided an opportunity for prospective bidders to gather information about project requirements, ask clarifying questions, and understand the scope of work before submitting proposals. The meeting agenda typically addressed the project overview, technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and the proposal submission process.

The document serves as notification to interested vendors regarding the meeting date, time, location, and relevant contact information for the procurement. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting was not mandatory but was strongly encouraged for bidders seeking to develop competitive proposals. The meeting facilitated communication between the state agency and potential contractors regarding expectations, technical specifications, and any questions about the hydrogeologic engineering services required.
