About this file
The document is an Exhibit A - Materials Location and Identification for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Iowa Communications Network (ICN) on behalf of the Anamosa State Penitentiary (ASP). The ITB seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide technician labor and materials for horizontal and vertical copper and fiber optic cable installation and termination within the Anamosa State Penitentiary campus. The exhibit details the materials required, including quantities of various conduit sizes, cable types, and termination components. No specific bid due date or award date is provided, but the order in which the buildings are to be cabled has yet to be determined, and ICN/ASP reserves the right to add or delete drops in any of the buildings.
The pricing terms and funding sources are not explicitly stated, but the vendor is expected to provide a quote for each material quantity. There is no mention of set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding requirements. The current environment appears to involve the need to upgrade and expand the cabling infrastructure across multiple buildings and campuses within the Anamosa State Penitentiary.
