About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Lovell-Yellowtail No. 1 and No. 2 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild Phase 3 project. The amendment provides answers to two questions from industry. It clarifies that price adjustments will not be allowed under the firm-fixed-price contract terms. It also confirms that separate bid bonds are acceptable for the construction project in accordance with FAR guidance. The solicitation number, agency details, and project description are restated. No other changes are made to the terms of the solicitation.
